What the workflow does

  1. Trims extra spaces from every cell.
  2. Converts email addresses to lowercase and checks their shape.
  3. Keeps the first row for each email address.
  4. Sets aside rows with missing or invalid email addresses.

The sample is fictional. Uploaded files stay on your device until you explicitly choose to send the cleaned rows to Zapier. This demo does not make AI guesses about your customers.
